It was so basic--only containing a few commands--that we found experimenting for a few seconds was more helpful than reading the instructional Help file. The program avoided the pitfalls of other converters by not allowing us multiple options for conversion. We enjoyed the freedom to choose single files, multiple files, or entire folders for conversion. We expected the conversion to happen instantly, but it actually took almost a minute.
However, this wasn't a huge inconvenience, especially since the test files all went to their intended destinations and kept all their data. The program also offered a nice special feature, its search engine, which helped us track down missing files.
We were confident that even users who had never converted a file would move effortlessly through this program.
